Tianfu Software Park is a National Software Industry Base, a National Technology Business Incubator, and a National Innovation Talent Development Demonstration Base, recognized as a "China Software Park."
The park’s core area has been operational since 2005 and includes six zones (A, B, C, D, E, and G) covering approximately 1.3 million square meters. It is home to over 800 companies and around 70,000 professionals. The park has developed into an industrial cluster encompassing various sectors such as application software, communications technology, IC design, big data, digital entertainment, cybersecurity, industrial software, artificial intelligence, and shared services. Today, Tianfu Software Park stands as a major hub for leading software and IT service companies, and one of the key centers for innovation and entrepreneurship in Western China.

The management of Tianfu Software Park serves over 800 resident companies, and one of the challenges they face is providing efficient parking services for employees and external visitors. Within the park, vehicles are categorized into two types: monthly lease vehicles and internally recharged vehicles, each with different pricing standards. Additionally, ensuring that visitor vehicles from external companies can find parking spaces is a key requirement for the management.
Located in the heart of Chengdu's High-Tech Zone, the park experiences heavy external traffic, especially during peak commuting hours. Managing the flow of vehicles to ensure quick and smooth entry and exit without causing road congestion presents a significant challenge for park management.

3. Tidal Flow Lanes: The parking lot entrances and exits are set up as tidal flow lanes, ensuring that vehicles can quickly enter and exit the park during peak commuting hours.
4. Visitor Vehicle Management: A visitor reservation system is provided for vehicles visiting companies within the park. After reservation, both the park and the company will confirm the entry, and only confirmed vehicles will be allowed to enter. Unreserved vehicles will not be permitted access.
