Axon Suites is a modern hospitality property located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The project includes a two-level parking facility serving hotel guests and other site users.
In a hotel environment, the parking experience is an important part of the guest arrival journey. When drivers enter an unfamiliar multi-level parking facility without clear real-time guidance, they may need to move between different areas or floors before locating an available space.
For operators, the absence of clear parking occupancy information can also make it more difficult to understand parking conditions across the facility and maintain an organized parking environment.
The project therefore required a parking guidance solution that could detect parking space status in real time, provide clear vacant-space information to drivers, and give operators better visibility into occupancy across both parking levels.

Project Challenges
The first challenge was guiding drivers efficiently across a two-level parking environment. Static signage could provide general directions, but it could not show whether parking spaces were currently available.
The second challenge was real-time space visibility. Without live parking status information, drivers could spend additional time searching for vacant spaces, particularly during periods of higher parking demand.
The third challenge was operational visibility. The hotel needed a clearer understanding of parking occupancy across different levels to support more organized daily parking management.
The solution also needed to fit the service expectations of a hospitality project, where parking efficiency and ease of arrival directly influence the guest experience.

EBO-TECH deployed a two-level video parking guidance system across the Axon Suites parking facility.
Video-Based Parking Space Detection
Video parking guidance cameras monitor parking spaces and identify whether each space is available or occupied. Parking status information is continuously updated as vehicles enter or leave the spaces.
Real-Time Vacant-Space Guidance
The system converts parking space status into real-time guidance information, helping drivers understand where available spaces are located and reducing unnecessary searching within the parking facility.
Connected Guidance Across Two Parking Levels
The system covers both parking levels, enabling available-space information to be managed and displayed through one connected parking guidance workflow.
Parking Occupancy Monitoring
Operators can obtain a clearer view of parking occupancy across the facility, helping them understand current parking conditions and support more organized daily operations.
